Inside a residency block

A block is one to two weeks at Bridge HQ. Every day mixes the car with the reasons behind it.
  • Seat time

Sessions on the kart circuit and, for the F4 drivers, the main circuit. Short runs with a purpose, then back to the garage to look at them.

  • Data-and-spanner

Time in the workshop with the mechanics: read the lap, then find the reason for it on the car.

  • The sim suite

New circuits learned before they are driven, and one corner repeated until it is understood.

  • The classroom

Telemetry review in the instruction room, on tablets and the big screens, and time on the g-force rig.

  • Performance education

Nutrition, reaction training and injury prevention, from the syllabus every student keeps. Performance education.

What we cover

Families are not asked to pay

A place on the programme covers the costs that usually decide who keeps racing. We would rather a family spend its energy on the season than on the bill.

At the end of the year, each student leaves with a plan for the next season, agreed with their family: a step up with a partner team, a full season in their current category with travel support, or a second year with us.
